Roll up your sleeves and dive into this intensive, hands-on wheel throwing workshop with experienced potter Gemma Wightman, set in her beautiful Surrey studio. You'll make real progress with your pottery skills, all while enjoying the peaceful surroundings of Gemma’s lovely garden studio, complete with roaming dogs and a friendly tortoise! With small class sizes, you’ll receive plenty of one-on-one attention, ensuring your skills develop quickly over the weekend. Whether you’re new to pottery or looking to refine your technique, this workshop is the perfect chance to immerse yourself in creativity and relaxation. Come for the making, stay for the peaceful atmosphere. We can’t wait to welcome you! • Course duration: 2 days, 6 hours per day • Number of participants: maximum 6 • Session cost: £360 per person • Includes: X2 6-hour classes, use of electric potter's wheel, clay, tools, apron, refreshments (water, tea, coffee, biscuits), 2 pieces of pottery fired and glazed for collection. • Excludes: Lunch is not included so please bring a nut-free packed lunch.
