2-hour taster class. No experience necessary, just bring your enthusiasm! Designed for complete beginners or for those dusting off their throwing skills after a lengthy hiatus.
This friendly group class introduces you to the basics of wheel throwing. You'll learn to wedge clay, centre it on the wheel, and shape it into a simple cylindrical vessel. As you get comfortable, we’ll guide you toward more advanced forms, all at your own pace.
The pieces you create will be fired and ready for you to collect in about a month, giving you a lasting memory of your pottery experience. Simply click on a date below to check availability and book. If a date isn’t showing, it means that class is fully booked, so please explore other dates for open spots or get in touch with Gemma.
We look forward to creating with you!
