Please understand that our policies are designed to help us manage the challenges of filling spots at short notice. When this happens, we often incur significant losses throughout the year while attempting to accommodate last-minute changes.

Workshop/Class Cancellation (Before Course Start):

Due to limited availability, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 30 days before the course begins in order to receive a full refund or guarantee a transfer to another session. This allows us to try to fill the space. Cancellations must be made via email enquiries@gemmawightmanceramics.com. If you cancel or reschedule within 30 days of the course start date, we are unable to process cancellations or offer refunds or after the session has taken place.

Class Cancellations/Refunds (After Course Has Begun):

Once your sessions have started, we are unable to offer refunds. 

Exceptional Circumstances:

If you need to cancel at short notice due to exceptional circumstances, please email us at enquiries@gemmawightmanceramics.com, and we will work with you to find a solution or reschedule your booking.

If We Cancel Your Course/Workshop:

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a course, you will receive a full refund. If possible, we will provide at least 5 days' notice. If the course has already begun, we will reimburse you for the remaining sessions if rescheduling is not feasible for both parties.
